Temi di ricerca

Le aree di ricerca recenti della Dott.ssa Giovanna Visioli riguardano:

1)      Studi sulla qualità del 'proteoma' in cereali in particolare frumento duro sottoposto a coltivazioni a basso impatto ambientale (fertilizzazione fogliare, tecniche di agricoltura di precisione)

2)      Plasticità fenotipica e la risposta genetico-molecolare delle piante a stress ambientali (contaminazione da metalli pesanti nei suoli, stress idrico e termico)

3)      Interazione tra piante e microrganismi del suolo, con particolare riferimento ai batteri promotori della crescita radicale e alle possibili applicazioni di biofertilizzanti in colture di cereali come mais e frumento per ridurre l'utilizzo di concimi chimici

4)      Utilizzo di test di fitossicità per valutare la qualità, il degrado ed eventuali contaminanti presenti dei suoli.
