Every single living organism has a code. It’s a unique code, a label that describes what we are, and what is
our history: the DNA. Thanks to molecular techniques named barcoding and metabarcoding we
can understand not only what species we have in front of but even what we are eating. Nowadays food
safety traceability is important for different fields from health security and species
conservation. Let's talk about that!
